What's a vampiro?
A Sonoran street favourite. A corn tortilla goes straight onto the grill until it toasts crisp and its edge curls up, then it takes melted cheese and your meat on top.
Here: asada, pollo, pastor or tripa, with salsa. Crunchy on the outside, cheesy in the middle.
